Sad News : City Chiefs Star Player Suffers Injury Amidst Practice Ahead Of Game With Chargers.

Believe it or not, the Los Angeles Chargers aren’t the only team facing injuries ahead of their Week 14 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chiefs have just encountered a new injury setback on Friday, which will affect the supporting players around quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

According to Nate Taylor of The Athletic, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid informed reporters that wide receiver Mecole Hardman injured himself during practice and may not be available for Sunday night’s game against the Chargers. Additionally, Reid has yet to name a starting offensive tackle, a position the Chargers will likely target.

Hardman plays a role in the Chiefs’ passing game, which has seen some changes this season, including the loss of notable players like Rashee Rice. Hardman contributes as both a wide receiver and a special teams returner.

At the very least, this injury could help the Chargers focus their preparation, especially as they hope to have rookie cornerback Cam Hart return from injury.
