Smartwatch Wearable Garmin has announced that beta version 13.07 can now be downloaded for the Venu 3, Venu 3s and Vivoactive smartwatches. This is the first release in the 13.xx testing cycle, arriving shortly after stable update version 12.12.The change log notes that beta version 13.07 brings improvements to the Garmin Run Coach and Garmin Cycling Coach plans. The company replaced the original Garmin Coach with these two variants last year. After this latest update, these customized training plans now include strength workouts alongside your running or cycling workouts to further enhance your performance. The release also brings additional information about the connection type that is displayed for paired sensors. On top of this, these smartwatches now support the most recent Connect IQ app, watch faces and data fields.In a post on its forum, Garmin notes that beta version 13.07 is now available to download for the Venu 3, Venu 3s and Vivoactive 5 (curr. $244 at Amazon) smartwatches. To start the installation process, go to the Main menu > Settings > System > Software Update.
